I didn’t realize that it would take a 1h40m drive and end up being 11.5 miles (8.5 vertical, 3 miles down/plus elevator). Haven’t lost my toenail yet and my metarsal pad, self-stick toe wrap, and thicker socks seem to be doing WORK. Our fearless leader Rachel is a driver! And I appreciate it. And the rest of the women (Adamma, Shayla, Tara, LaToya) are super kind. Had a great time and this was definitely a tough hike, as suggested to Rachel as strenuous by chat gpt!
