Lauren did me a solid and did a 2.5 mile hike with me near Savannah! A great capstone for the weekend. And love was in the air - folks were traipsing along the trail to get to a wedding!

Kings Mountain, North Carolina Tonya and I celebrated Easter Sunday by a 6.25(?) mile hike at Crowders! I learned a few things: 300 stairs is no joke and the Stair Master needs to be my friend compression sleeves are a thing every device records wildly different metrics! 

12 days post surgery, 5.23 mile walk with Tonya at Pineville Lake Park.
